Mayflower is looking for part-time employees who could potentially work into full-time employment and experienced drivers with Class A, B or C Drivers License.

  • Customer Satisfaction – Satisfied customers are gold. They come back and refer us to others.
  • Team Member – Other employees want to work with you because you bring value – you understand what needs to happen next without being told, or you ask what is needed next. Bring value to our company.
  • Productivity – A good work ethic. Be an advocate for the company. Understand our pricing (estimates) and manage to help stay within the estimated boundaries.
  • Above and Beyond – Willing to focus on helping get jobs ready and other crews ready. Come in early and stay late if needed.
  • Willing to Travel – Occasionally, you will be asked to go out of town or work on weekends.
  • Abilities – Driving, loading, inventory, packing, and managing. Willing to work with helpers and train them if needed.
  • Safety – Truck inspections, pins in walk boards, wheel blocks, proper lifting, clear paths, secure loads, etc.
  • Responsibilities – Communicate and manage jobs with the customer, helpers, and the office. Job going well or not? Time left on the job, extra helpers or materials needed, etc.
  • Paperwork – Bill of Lading, High Value Inventory, Agreements, Inventories, Exception Sheets, rating paperwork, logs, etc.
  • Be a Mentor – Build a strong culture of team leadership. Be a problem solver.
  • Trust – Being trustworthy in every aspect of this industry is key.

Being an Agent for Mayflower Transit, we provide a wide variety of moving services, such as local and long-distance moving and storage for both residential and commercial relocations.
